To verify eligibility, you will typically need to provide recent pay stubs (covering the last 2-3 months), tax returns, and bank statements. If you receive other benefits (like Social Security), award letters will also be required.

We are proud to offer solar-assisted water heating to help keep your electric costs down. Water, sewer, and trash removal are generally included in the rent. Residents are responsible for electricity and internet/cable services.

Due to the high demand for affordable housing in Kailua-Kona, we may have a waitlist for specific unit sizes (1, 2, or 3 bedrooms). We encourage you to submit an application to secure your spot in line as soon as possible.
